I feel like textile industry is one of the things that people really underestimate. Its understandable, since textiles break down, the only textiles that are found are from well preserved graves, usually some noble or such higher status person. But its not like people were walking around in bear skins in the year 963. Of course they had textiles, just the quality wasnt awesome and after burial they just disappeared. Great to find evidence of large scale industry.

That makes perfect sense, and I wish we could have more clothes preserved from various historical periods, as I'd love to see which things we think it's a modern invention, only to realize it existed for millenniums
