SoundCloudBot now implemented

As our dear user @lipstick has made a great SoundCloudBot for the MansionNET network, I took the liberty of cloning the repo, redoing it a bit and now it's live in the main channels.
It'll give the responses once a SoundCloud link is posted, similar to YouTube bot for YT links, but with a !sc command you can also search for music and it'll drop the first link it finds.
