A few years ago there was a interview with the CEO of Ponsse (the manufacturer of the harvester) and he said that the recording was used to improve their customer service, maintenance and designing of the machines. So, if anyone ever tells you that cursing doesn't help, they are a fucking moron who doesn't know what the hell they are talking about.
